Shipping Information

Domestic orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies. Orders are shipped within 4-5 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to the courier company’s schedule. Modern Prints is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 4-5 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed via email to the email ID specified during registration.

• All Over India: Free shipping for all orders.
• International Orders: Not available at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

Tracking Orders

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the courier’s website.

Product Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it through the My Order section. You may also inform us at +91 9999570808 or +91 9990570808, or by writing to us at support@modernprints.co.in. Please note that this is only possible if the product has not been shipped out till then.

Cancellation will not be accepted once the product has been shipped.

Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode used for the payment. Refunds for pre-paid transactions will be processed within 10 business days from the time of cancellation.
